Introducing Eric Hartley…

Eric Hartley Gordon is a serial entrepreneur, speaker, technologist, angel investor & philanthropist.  From early business ventures in the retail fashion industry at the age of 18 to developing a successful franchising company within the grounds care industry at 35, just to name a few. There has always been one common thread through all his business ventures, the creation of intuitive software to address gaps in business processes. 

Things progressed with the dot.com boom, developing online inventory management systems for the automotive retail groups, global recruiting sites, and online job boards along with recipe sites for food marketing boards to custom solutions for telecom companies, utility groups, and aviation industries, his software companies have done it all and awarded him 3 successful exits.

Eric’s experience in technology and running the franchised grounds care company leads him to create a unique suite of tracking/compliance software, enabling documented communication between hiring clients/companies and the contractors/vendors they hire. These unique trackers minimize potential risks and provide transparent relationships.

Tracker Central trackers are now an Enterprise and SAAS subscription - award-winning insurtech platform used by tens of thousands of clients. In 2016 Eric partnered in a joint venture with Crawford & Company the world's largest publicly traded insurance adjusting company. Currently, Eric is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Crawford Compliance Inc.https://crawfordcompliance.com and sits on several boards and consortiums in the technology and autonomous automotive sector. In 2017 Crawford Compliance Inc. was awarded the insurance innovator of the year award for Snow Tracker® and in 2018 was runner up for the Tracker Central Management Portal.

Eric is an avid sports car enthusiast, pilot, world traveler, and animal lover.  He lives in a secluded piece of land north of Toronto that he shares with cats, dogs, ducks, geese, deer and more.
