Job Description

Peel Exterior Maintenance Inc. has been providing dependable snow removal and ice removal services to commercial and residential clients for more than 20 years. We currently maintain millions of square feet of commercial, industrial, institutional, and condominium properties.

Responsibilities:

• Must be prepared to work in extreme cold weather conditions
• Maintain intimate knowledge of scope of work at assigned list of sites, and remain personally committed to adequate performance of the work at all times
• Operate pickup truck mounted snowplow and spreader to remove ice and snow from private properties. This requires early morning or late night starts, extended hours, and week-end duty including holidays
• Perform routine equipment maintenance/repair tasks such as changing vehicle fluids, fueling, greasing, painting, etc.
• Comply with all safety precautions, operational procedures, directions, rules, policies, and regulations
• Using LMN (software app) to track hours for payroll purposes, also for health and safety purposes.

Requirements:

• Clean drivers abstract
• Capable of working under adverse weather conditions
• Ability to work flexible hours during winter
• Previous experience as a Snow Plow/Snow Truck Operator
• Dependability and reliability a must
• Ability to be on call 24/7 for the winter season
• A driver's license. Minimum "G”
• Transportation to the work site (or starting location)
• Experienced with properly piling snow
