Hollander Landscaping Ltd. is an award winning design & build landscaping company, specializing in high-end residential work in the GTA. With over 20 years in the business, we are an established company with steady growth and are looking for qualified people who can help us continue that trend.

We are an organization who works as a team and are seeking Landscape Construction Crew Lead Hands who inspire the crew, take pride in their work, and can deliver a high standard of workmanship.  We are also looking for someone who has the ability to pass on landscape knowledge and teach (mentor) while on the job site.


Experience in hardscaping/softscaping and reading landscape drawings.  Positive problem-solving attitude important.  Ability to work independently under a Foreman and in a team.  Good knowledge of plant material an asset.  Must have a valid driver's license (most work is in the West end of Toronto). Ability to operate small equipment is preferred.

Work Conditions:

Outdoors. Successful candidate should be prepared to work in all weather conditions.

Type of work:

Take instructions from the crew Foreman, sodding, planting, softscaping, stone work, and demolition.

Work Experience:

2-4 years in landscape trades

Work Week:

Will consist of 45-55 hours per week. April through to December (required to work Saturdays, as needed).


Starting at $18 per hour, depending on experience.
