Courtland Professional Property Management is currently looking for a Landscape Centre Supervisor. This individual will assist Management with the development of a long term progress plan for the Landscape Centre to enhance, network and increase sales revenue. Provide execellent customer service at all times.
Provide product and service information in a timely manner.
Assist customers in location of products.
Responsible for working in conjuction with the Production Manager to enhance landscape product sales while building retention and providing loyalty service.
Work in and oversee the day to day operations of the Landscape Centre.
Set up and schedule of Landscape Centre Staff.
Responsible for training and directing staff.
Opening and balancing of till at end of day.
Call in and on-site customer service inquiries.
Receive and distribute quote requests to appropriate sales department.
Responsible for all sales relating to the Landscape Centre.
Co-ordinate all deliveries with assistance of Production Manager.
Inventory control with the assistance of the Production Manager.
Follow and enforce all H&S regulations, company policies and procedure along with all safe work practices including wearing appopriate PPE.
Ensure and enforce safe certification of training on all equipment / machines in question through GoGreenius.
Responsible for overall company image.
Responsible for maintaining accurate time records on Viaesys.
Responsible for safe operation of loader and other machinery and equipment.
Responsible for housekeeping of work space and yard.
Report all vacation and sick days to Production Manager.
Secondary School Diploma
Horticulture and Landscape product knowledge is required
Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience
Valid G driver licence - DZ licence is an asset
Must be able to lift 50 to 70lbs
Must be able to stand/walk for shift duration
Must have loader experience
Ability to work in a Team Environment
Must be a self starter with minimal supervision with the ability to follow direction
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
Must have excellent communication, ogranizational, analytical and time management skills
Must be punctual and reliable
Basic math skills are required
First Aid & CPR is an asset
