What do we need?

We are looking for a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our Kitchener-Waterloo estate property maintenance team. You will manage maintenance work for multiple sites and be responsible for client consultations, cost estimating, scheduling and do some hands-on field work.  Click here to see the types of properties you would be responsible for helping to maintain.

Who are we looking for?


  • are extremely well organized; you can work and think quickly and enjoy a bit of stress;
  • you have a love for and solid knowledge of local plants, shrubs and tree species;
  • enjoy working hard and do so with a smile in our high energy and positive work environment;
  • have more than 3 (three) years of on-site experience designing, installing and maintaining garden beds;
  • have experience with water feature and post-installation maintenance;
  • have great customer service and team management skills;
  • are proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; you have experience with project estimating and costing as well as creating maintenance contract documents;
  • want to be proud of your employer and work for a highly regarded industry-recognized leader;
  • create and encourage a safe work environment for your colleagues;
  • are comfortable operating all types of machinery and have a minimum G license (and preferably Class A restricted).
