To make sure assigned condominium and/or commercial properties are completed on budget while ensuring quality control and maintaining a positive work environment. Constant engagement with 4-7 crew leaders. Organize and deal with staffing issues. Maintain man hours – making sure quality work is present, good and happy employees.

 

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Crew Care

  • Constant engagement with 4-7 crews;
  • Meet with crews on site to deal with concerns as needed;
  • Coordinate materials/equipment as needed;
  • Continuous performance management;
  • Schedule productive crew runs;
  • Delegate additional employees if necessary;
  • Approve previous business day’s hours accurately

 

Client Care

  • Quality control site visits once monthly;
  • Complete work orders/notes;
  • Inspect and coordinate repairs as needed

 

Administration  

Winter Role required

 

 Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years as a Crew Leader

Completed Landscape Training Modules

G License required

College or University is preferred (Design/Landscaping or Horticulture program; General Business) or equivalent
