Bookkeeper/Office Administrator who is
Duties include: Customer Service, answering telephone, invoicing, calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, reconcile accounts, post journal entries, maintain general ledgers and financial statements, keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, accounts receivable, accounts payable, some estimating/quoting for projects.
Must be a team player, dependable, reliable, client focused, accurate, have excellent written communication, flexible, organized, have excellent oral communication, attention to detail, be able to work within tight deadlines, fast-paced environment.
Experience of 3-5 years required
