The position is *Full Time: 7 am- 5 pm,* Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday. The hours may be fluid due to the nature of the industry during the busy season. We are looking to add a team member to our carpentry crew who would like to grow with our family. The ideal candidate is someone who has the ability to follow direction and work cohesively with other team members on the jobsite, while finding smart and efficient ways to work. Having a positive attitude, taking initiative, and strong communications skills are an asset.

The Carpentry Lead Hand will work on a variety of residential projects from start to finish, including pergolas, pavilions and decks. The ideal candidate will possess creativity and be able to communicate innovative ideas to problem solve.

Wages: $20-$23/hr - wages will vary with experience level at date of hire.

We are looking for someone with the following abilities:
* Strong Customer Service Skills
* Workplace cleanliness – maintaining a tidy and safe workplace
* Problem Solving Skills
* Ability to follow systems, procedures and policies
* Punctual
* Able to work both as a team and independently
* Work in all types of weather conditions
* Able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
* Valid Drivers License with clean Abstract
Key Requirements of this position include:
* Previous experience in the residential or industrial construction industry
* Creativity and a willingness to learn
