Horticulture/Landscape Crew Leader

We are currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, detail oriented individual to assist in managing our Horticulture/Landscape projects team. This successful candidate will lead a small crew to complete maintenance, and construction tasks throughout the golf course and associated properties as set out by our Director Of Landscape and Horticulture Operations.
This will be a developing role which will currently be full-time seasonal (April-November), with the potential increase to a year-round position as TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley transforms into a four-season, world class golf resort destination in the coming years. Availability for early mornings, weekends will be necessary. Pay commensurate upon experience.
Qualifications:
• A diploma in a horticulture related program, and/or ability to exhibit equivalent experience will be necessary.
• With the expansion of property amenities, experience in planting of annuals/perennials/trees/shrubs, pruning, garden maintenance, interlock installation, irrigation, pesticide application, managing of a small crew, and knowledge of the resources/equipment to execute these tasks will be required.
