Our Landscape Foreman (with welding) will:
- Organize and direct planting of trees, gardens and lawns, Organize and direct construction of fences, decks and walls,
- Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work,
- Repair and maintain equipment,
- Resolve work related problems,
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies,
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Supervise: 3-4 people including sub trades & Staff in various areas of responsibility
- Plan and estimate labour and materials,
- Maintain work records and logs,
- Read blueprints and drawings,
- Train and supervise staff
- Welding for outdoor kitchens and machinery & equipment repair.
What We Are Looking for:
- 5+ Years of Landscape Construction - Residential & Commercial
- G License
- Experience with skid steer, excavator, towing
- Welding experience
- Able to work under pressure, physically demanding
- Ability to supervise & train employees.
- Experience with snow removal
