Landscape, Snow Removal - Contractor Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated supervisor to oversee the daily exterior maintenance (landscape, snow and litter) of assigned customer locations.
Duties include:
Customer and Contractor Management
- establish and maintain excellent reslationships with customers, contractors and workers
- understand customer expectations and contractor performance to ensure vendors and workers meet/exceed customer expectations and contract fullfillment
- ensure the delivery of high-quality services through monitoring and enforcemet of contracts and contractual performance
- respond to customer requests, concerns or issues
Work Order and Administrative Mangaement
- assign and ensure work orders are completed correctly and on time
- produce Work Order Status Reports on a daily basis
- post pictures, inspections and materials
Must Have:
- 5 - 10 years experience in landscape, snow and ice
- 5 years supervisory experience
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and clear drivers abstract
- Strong written and excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents: safety rules, operation and maintenance instruction procedures manual and auto cad drawings
- Microsoft Office - intermediate level
- Ability to work early AM, evenings or weekends to handle emergencies
Full time - permanent position
Salary 45K to 50K
