Vanden Bussche Irrigation and Equpment Ltd. is a Canadian owned, family run businss incorporated in 1954. With "roots" in agricultural irrigation, the company expanded into golf and landscape irrigation in 1984, and now manages five Ontario locations including, Delhi, Scarborough, Concord, Burlington and Milton.
Although the company has grown and diversified, the core values of fair business practices, exceptional customer service and a comitment to water conservation remain.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Service/Inside Sales
- Pick, Assemble and load customer orders
- Sales support
- Warehouse and yard housekeeping
- Inventory Control and Asset Maintenance
- Safety Compliance
Skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi task
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with computer programs (MS Office, Windows, email)
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
- Basic understanding of irrigation and/or landscape lighting
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Valid Drivers License
- Post Secondary Diploma an asset
Experience
- Landscape Lighting and/or irrigation customer service experience preferred
