Blue Sky Property Services is now accepting applications for the following positions:

• PropertyMaintenance Crew Member

Pay rate will be based on experience.

The team member will participate with a 2-3 man crew maintaining properties on a weekly rotation. Cutting grass, trimming, cleanups etc. Some landscape construction may be included also. A certificate/degree in a Horticulture program will be considered an asset however is not required. Potential to participate in the apprenticeship program if desired. Great progressive atmosphere to work in. We are looking for the only the best people to join our team.

You will be required to:

• Have experience working on a commercial property maintenance crew
• Must be able to perform physical duties over the length of the shift
• Knowledge of turf, plant material and garden maintenance considered an asset
• Have experience with mowing, trimming, weeding, cultivation, and edging of garden areas
• Experience with ZT Mowers, gas trimmers, blowers, gas power cultivators and hedge trimmers considered an asset
• Work outdoors during a variety of weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 20kg repeatedly during your shift
• Must be available Monday - Friday day time hours, and some Saturdays as required
• Have transportation to our office at 2459 Industrial St, Burlington
• A valid class "G" driver's licence with a good abstract will be considered an asset
• Snow operations experience is a valuable asset
• Horticulture certification/diploma will be considered a valuable asset also
