We have an opportunity for a pro-active Crew Leader to help us build our dedicated team. In this essential position you will lead by professionalism and take pride in your team contribution to our higher standard of lawn and garden maintenance.

We thrive in constantly improving and upgrading our professional abilities through role modeling, training and education for all team members. We are a client and community driven company that values safety and environmental responsibilities through efficient equipment, organic product use and the Health and Safety of our team.

We operate out of TTC accessible location in North York and our clients have us servicing the Beaches, Toronto, Rosedale, and North York.

Qualifications

· 3 years+ experience in all aspect of garden and lawn maintenance (weeding, edging, pruning, annual , perennial and tree planting, Irrigation monitoring)

• Skilled in small landscape machine work executed with precision (lawn mower, Line trimmer, Back Pack Blower, Hedge Trimmer)
• Plant and shrub identification skills
• Valid G class “Ontario” license, clean drivers abstract and experience driving in the city
