Irrigation Operations Foreman / Sr. Technician

Overview:

360 Irrigation is rapidly expanding its operations in the GTA offering lawn sprinkler, landscape lighting, and other residential outdoor services.  360 is currently seeking a professional individual to fulfill the role of Operations Foreman / Sr. Irrigation Tech.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Sr. leadership staff and organize daily operations (Sales, Site inspections, Estimating)
• Work with and train other technicians within the company
• Ability to run machinery
• Ability to communicate directly with customers and office staff
• Troubleshooting commercial irrigation systems
• Ability to jump into an existing project and lead teams
• Ensure work is performed efficiently and safely in accordance with WSIB standards
• Typical working hours would be 6:30am to 5:00pm, with additional hours and some Saturdays at peak season.
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Ability to bend, lift, and be standing or walking during the entire shift.
• Must work well in high-pressure situations

Qualifications:

• Willingness to lead a team
• Lawn sprinkler installing: min. 6 year
• Lawn sprinkler service troubleshooting: min. 6 year
• Physically fit to work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers in English, both oral and written
• Clean G class drivers record
