Irrigation Technician

Overview:
360 Irrigation is rapidly expanding its operations in the GTA offering lawn sprinkler, landscape lighting and other residential outdoor services. 360 is currently seeking a professional individual to fulfill the role of lawn sprinkler technician.
Responsibilities:
- Work with 1-3 person team on installation, mainly commercial installs and repairs of lawn sprinkler systems
- Work with and train other technicians within the company
- Work with management
- Troubleshooting commercial irrigation wiring system
- Ensure work is performed efficiently and safely in accordance with WSIB standards
- Typical working hours would be 7:00am to 5:00pm, with additional hours and some Saturdays at peak season.
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Ability to bend, lift, and be standing or walking during the entire shift.
- Must work well in high-pressure situations
Qualifications:
- Willingness to lead a team
- Lawn sprinkler installing: min. 2 year
- Lawn sprinkler service troubleshooting: min. 2 year
- Physically fit to work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in English, both oral and written
- Clean G class drivers record
- Ability to enter work orders on a tablet from service sites. Training provided.
