Experienced Landscape Forman and Lead Hand

Kodiak Landscaping Inc. is seeking experienced landscape construction professionals to join their team. We are located between Port Perry and Lindsay and pride ourselves on a positive, safe and organized work environment. Most of our projects are located within 35 minutes of our yard.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Abide by all safety policies and regulations
- Loading vehicles, trailers and equipment
- Operating hand tools and power saws
- Must be capable of lifting 50lbs repeatedly for long periods of time
- Possible long and flexible hours
- Work in various outdoor conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, dust and cold
- Good communication skills and able to take instructions well
- Trouble shooting skills
- Time management skills
- Interlocking stone
- Retaining walls
- Natural stone
- Decks and structures
- Irrigation and landscape lighting
- All types of planting (trees, shrubs, etc.)
- Working around heavy equipment
- Work well with others and independently
- Ability to operate skid steer and mini excavator
- Ability to operate trucks and trailers
Qualifications:
- Minimum experience 3 years in Landscape Construction
- Valid G licence (clean abstract)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Safety Training
- Dependable
Wages $22.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on knowledge and experience
