StonePlace is seeking to hire a Location Manager who will be responsible for managing and organizing all activities at our Kitchener Depot. You will be in charge of managing location sales by developing business plans, researching and recommending product line expansions, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our Sales and Operations Manager on efficient service goals. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your team by tracking sales goals, setting location targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of your team.
Previous experience in sales and management is required; preference given to anyone with landscape industry knowledge. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
