SUMMARY:
The successful applicant would be responsible for assisting the Planting Manager. This person would oversee the loading, transportation and installation of all plant material. This person would report to the president and Planting Manager. Daily tasks may include:
• Ensuring crew is ready and organized
• Ensuring order accuracy
• Ensuring proper equipment is available for the project
• Reading, understanding, and implementing landscape plans
• Adjusting layout onsite to fit site conditions
• Assessing each site for best installation method
• Advising and explaining the process to the client while on site
• Ensuring a high level of service and workmanship
• Tracking all projects and submit daily reports to office Recommended Assets
• 5+ years landscape construction experience
• Horticultural industry certification or diploma
• Valid Ontario Driver’s license AZ preferred with clean abstract
• Supervisory experience
