Wages and benefits
• Supplemental medical benefit premiums are paid 50% by employers for those who do not have coverage through a family member. These benefits include paramedical (chiropractor, RMT, etc), dental, and prescription drug benefits.
• All employees have access to the Employee Assistance Program, a 24 hour, anonymous call line that offers advice and can refer callers to funded services such as counseling.
• Competitive wages from $16.00 entry level base - $18 supervisor base
• Paid travel time between yard and job sites.
Client base is solely in Toronto, primarily in Rosedale and Forest Hill; maintaining residential gardens as well as design and install seasonal plantings.
