Job Description - Winter Snow Removal & Summer Landscaping Supplies Depot Management

• Responsible for maintaining all the field locations
• Works closely with the GM
• Manages scheduling employees
• Manages shipping & receiving of the Landscaping Supplies
• Provide support and training of the field crews
• Manages fleet vehicles
• Assures safety and organization of all tools and equipment
• Conducts site inspections
• Comfortable working long hours when needed
• Winter time: scheduling, time management and snow removal duties
• Comfortable using our LMN software & maintains accurate records of service work
• Sending reports as required by GM
• Quoting jobs
• Upselling to clients
• Team building

Physical Requirements

• Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of landscape materials & construction
• Problem-solving and analytical ability
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively by adapting quickly to changing priorities
• Experience in horticulture, shrubs, plants

Required License or Certification:

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License – “G” Class (with good record required),_As company vehicle is provided_

Working Conditions:

• Ability to endure exposure to heat, cold, rain, dust and remote conditions
