We are looking for a landscape foreman who will be responsible for landscape construction projects and for providing guidance to construction crews in order to assure the proper, efficient and timely completion of construction projects.
Major Duties:
Communicate production goals with crew members, supervisors and customers
Ensure all construction work is performed in accordance with industry standards
Install and complete major construction projects which includes installing retaining walls, patios, walkways and softscaping
Track and record all job expenses which includes materials and hours worked
Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications/Experience:
A High School diploma or GED is required
2-3 years of work-related experience or training is required
A valid driver’s license (G Class license) and a clean driving record is required
Basic knowledge of plants, hardscape, grading and drainage
Experience driving truck/trailer combo preferred
Ability to organize, multi-task, plan and set priorities with minimal supervision
Must be an excellent communicator and record-keeper
Ability to work independently and in a team settings
Ability to exercise good judgment with a strong attention to detail
Ideally have a valid First Aid Certificate (or be willing to get certified)
