Pan American is currently looking for several full time, seasonal nursery workers for our busy winter potting and spring shipping season. This position is open now and will go to June, or possibly later, depending on the season.
Duties include: pruning, mix & prepare soil, plant bulbs, pot and re-pot plants, transplant seedlings, apply fertilizer, pick customer orders, work with potted plant material in greenhouses and outside field areas.
Working conditions & capabilities: repetitive tasks, physically demanding and large workload. Work in most weather conditions.
Hours: 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday. Must be able to start by 7:15am. 40-45 hours per week with overtime paid after 40 hours.
