As landscape construction foreman you will be responsible for:

• Managing the safety, quality, and productivity of work at sites and/or shop/yard
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the day to day work activities of a landscape construction crew
• Ability to operate all landscaping related equipment
• Meeting with subcontractors and supervise quality, efficiency, and deadlines
• Completing and submitting all required paperwork on a daily basis
• Maintaining and enforcing standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, job sites, and shop/yard areas
• Enforcing and working in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations at shop/yard and on job sites
• Communicating with customers in a polite and courteous manner

Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in the landscape/construction industry
• Leadership role experience
• Valid driver's G license with a clean record
• Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Willingness to grow and improve in the profession
