Role: This important role is focused on efficient completion of work in the areas of hardscapes, softscape and carpentry. A focus on safe work practices and the company health and safety policies and procedures is paramount.
Responsibilities:
1. Follows technical best practices when completing work on site
2. Ensures pace of work meets or exceeds expectations of clients and budgets.
3. Follows all health and safety protocols.
4. Reports any site hazards immediately when found.
5. Perform necessary cleaning and maintenance on tools and equipment.
6. Safely operates equipment, including trucks and trailers when required.

Budget/Quality
Quality of work meets or exceeds the standards expected by management while not exceeding the schedule and budget of the job.
Health and safety
All health and safety protocols are followed
Site hazards are identified and reported to management immediately.
Equipment/tool maintenance
Absence of preventable lost time from equipment and tool breakdowns.
Absence of fines/penalties under the highway traffic act.
