The landscape construction lead hand / driver will perform tasks involving heavy landscape construction, site demolitions ad excavations, driving and deliveries, loading the truck and trailer every morning and unloading in the evening. The job will include operation of power tools, excavators, skid steers an articulated loaders as well as handling and installing aggregate, precast paving and natural stone.
This is a permanent but seasonal position (end of March to end of December) with potential for work over the winter. Employees will be working outdoors in all types of weather. The work day starts at 6am at the Oriole yard. Hours will range from 50 to 60 per week, Monday to Friday and optional Saturdays. The company works to provide holiday long weekends, off for all employees. Overtime pay is given for workweeks in excess of 44 hours.
