SALARY INFORMATION: The salary is $25.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, with 10 hours guaranteed weekly. We offer a monetary bonus ($100.00 per month worked) at the end of the season for any team member who does not miss a single shift, including sick days.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Productivity: Complete snow shoveling activities within the time prescribed
• Quality: Work in a way to minimize rework
• Safety: Participate in safety meeting meetings as requested by Field Supervisor; and ensure safe passage for all users of the site

REQUIREMENTS:

• Physically fit and reliable
• Able to work in the cold/wind and at night
• One-year experience minimum
• Valid Quebec driver’s licence
