Turf Plus is a premier landscaping company operating in our 26th year. We are located in Guelph, ON. We provide a range of services designed to make keeping a picturesque garden that much easier. We are currently looking to add a landscape specialist to our team.
Duties may include:
Maintenance and softscape upkeep of residential and commercial client properties
Lawn care (cutting, trimming, re-grading, sodding)
Weed removal
Hand clipping of shrubs and small trees
Operate equipment as assigned
Interacting with customers and finding ways to improve our service
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
3+ Experience in gardening / landscape is a MUST
Horticultural technician / apprenticeship certification is an asset
Ability to identify large range of plant species and comprehend their specific care requirements
Able to perform physical labour and operate light equipment
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
Able to meet deadlines, problem solve and work well under pressure
High attention to details
Experience:
Landscaping: 3 years (Required)
Landscape Foreman / Forewoman: 2 years (Required)
