Description:

• Able to handle bank reconciliations
• Knowledge of full-cycle accounts payable
• Accounts receivable experience – such as following up on payments, project cost accounting, following up on payments for contracts
• Generate time sensitive invoices by deadline
• Cost accounting for projects and sites related to construction and maintenance
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel– able to use sumif, sort, etc relating to timesheets and various worksheets
• Use Microsoft Word to send out emails and invoices with proper professional formatting
• Must be able to communicate with vendors, customers and internal stakeholders
• Use pivot tables for payroll (preferable)

 

Qualifications:

• Must have 1 to 3 years of full-cycle accounting

• Completion of University Degree or Diploma in Accounting

• Must have project cost accounting knowledge preferred
• Microsoft Excel and Word Intermediate user minimum
• Detail-oriented, organized and consistent
• Great communication skills – verbal and written
• Excellent work ethic
• Team player attitude
• Able to own their work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
