Wilder Concepts Inc. is seeking enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to join our landscape team. We are a full construction and property maintenance company established in 2010, serving Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding areas. Wilder Concepts Inc. is looking for individuals to help us grow and assist us in keeping customer service and quality first.

The positions are full time, approximately 40-60 hrs/week. All candidates must have a valid G License with an “A” restricted license being an asset. Candidates must have their own transportation to and from the yard as public transportation is not available.

Crew Member: 

• Enjoy working in the outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of lawn maintenance equipment
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques
• Able to work in a team and on your own
• Good strength and endurance
• Ability to follow direction

Crew Lead:

• Minimum 2 years experience in turf management
• Able to lead, coach and motivate crews
• Plant identification
• Extensive knowledge of all lawn maintenance equipment and maintenance
• Great time management skills
• Ability to drive with truck and trailer
