MISSEL Landscaping & Property Services Inc. is seeking an experienced, dependable Landscaper to join their team - located in Durham Region.  The Landscaper will adhere to company policies and ensure they operate equipment safely.

The Landscaper is expected to work as a positive, results-driven team member to complete landscape construction projects as assigned by the owner.

Main responsiblities include the following:

• Loading vehicles, trailers, and equipment each morning
• Inspection of vehicles, trailers and equipment to ensure safe operation
• Install interlock patios, walls, walkways, and steps
• Lay and cut interlocking pavers
• Build retaining walls, steps etc.
• Install flagstone and natural stone patios, walkways, walls and steps
• Site Clean-up

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Landscape Construction
• Experience grading, building retaining walls, constructing stairs and walkways using interlock brick and natural stone; installing  pool coping is an asset
• Experience operating concrete saws, bobcat, and mini excavator
• Knowledge and experience working with different landscape products
• Valid G license with clean driver's abstract
• Must be able to arrive at headquarters and have transportation home
• Strong communication skills; ability to understand and follow intructions
• Excellent time management skills
• Must be flexible and able to re-prioritize as necessary
• Must be physically fit and have a positive attitude.

Salary is based on experience ($25.00-$35.00 per hour)
