We are currently seeking a Lead Horticulturalist to join our growing team in the Hamilton/Cambridge/Guelph area. The individual in this role loves to share their creativity and expert knowledge of plant life and feels great satisfaction in watching beautiful spaces come together in the natural landscape. The Lead Horticulturalist will cultivate a positive work environment and an ethic of teamwork and professionalism among the crew.

Requirements:
- A graduate or current student of a Horticulture, Landscaping or Botany program or equivalent work experience- must have 5 years experience
- Experience working as part of a landscaping crew
- The ability to successfully lead a team of 5-6 individuals
- Knowledge of plant species and gardening techniques is essential
- A valid Ontario driver's license is preferred
- Good communication skills a definite asset
- Must be able to work well independently and within a team environment
- A love of the outdoors and for plant life an asset
