Pearle Hospitality has partnered with Silverfern Landscape Group, a Guelph based landscape company that focuses on large scale, high-end residential and commercial work. We are currently looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman/Forewoman to join our growing team in the Hamilton/Cambridge/Guelph area. We offer a great work environment and competitive wages- this role ranges between $18-25/hour depending on relevant experience.
The right individual for this role will possess:
- a minimum 5 years experience in the Landscaping industry
- leadership skills and be a strong team player.
-clean drivers abstract/have experience towing a trailer, following proper MTO/CVO
R guild lines for securing loads and driving.
-first aid training considered assist
-Able to run "tail gate" sessions, follow company policy for safety
-carpentry
-interlock-must have full understanding of all aspects from excavation to finish
-masonry/natural stone work
-concrete
-be able to read plans, layout and full understanding of laser level for setting out grades
-tree and plant care and installation
-skid steermini excavator experience
-cultivate a positive work environment and instil an ethic of teamwork and professionalism among crew.
