• Our gardens are much photographed and have been features in Garden Design, Canadian Gardening, many times in lifestyle magazines like Canadian House & Home, Select Homes, etc. and in the U.S. in Country Living and Victoria Magazine and have been featured on many HGTV programs.

The ideal candidate should:

• Be enthusiastic about gardening, as well as environmentally friendly practices.
• Be able to complete tasks such as weeding, dead-heading, mulching, fertilizing, forking, planting, edging, pruning and general upkeep of property.
• Be fit, energetic and have a good work ethic.
• Have a high inner standard about the quality of their work.
• Have minimum 1 year of previous gardening experience.
• Be well organized and punctual on a consistent basis.
• Be able to work well with others and also function independently.
• Be able to follow direction.
• Have some general knowledge of plant varieties.
• Be physically strong and capable of kneeling, crouching, lifting, shoveling, raking, etc.
• Have their own means of transportation with valid G license.

 If you feel you have some, but not all of the qualities listed, please apply. We have training available to bring you up-to-speed. This is a full-time, seasonal position. Hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 5pm. Compensation based on experience and is above industry average.
