Paramount Landscaping is a growing company that is looking for experienced individuals to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced maintenance supervisor. To run a maintenance crew for spring/summer/fall and to run a walks crew or snow plow in the winter months.

Required experience:

• Valid "G" drivers license
• minimum 2 years experience running a maintenance crew
• Experience drive and backing up trucks with large trailers
• Experience using a variety of lawn care equipment I.E.
  • walk behinds
  • zero turns
  • string trimmer
  • backpack leaf blower
• An full understanding of the expectations of a lawn maintenance crew
• Basic plant/weed identification
• The ability to run a crew or up to 4 employees

Skills that would be an asset:

• Experience pruning shrubs and bushes
• Experience aerating and fertilizing
• Experience with winter snow removal

 

Compensation

$19.00-$24.00 Hr based on experience and qualifications
