Hiring Position:

We are seeking to hire a Landscape Maintenance Foreman who has experience working in a fast paced environment and can manage a crew of 2 or 3 to successfully complete the daily maintenance tasks.

 

Duties:

• Lawn care
• Weed removal
• Hedge and bush trimming
• Seeding lawns
• General clean-ups and upkeep of residential properties
• Interacting with customers
• Delegate tasks to the crew and ensure proper safety procedures are followed adequately
• Being proactive to figuring out ways to improve our service
• Operate all types of landscape equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws)

 

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience and knowledge in full lawn care and grounds maintenance
• Experience in dealing with customer service
• Must be Physically fit
• Must have good communication skills and able to pay attention to detail
• Must have good directional senses and are familiar with the streets of central and north Toronto
• Must Posses a valid full G class driver's license with clean abstract
