The Position

 Landscape Maintenance Foreman demonstrates the knowledge and skills required to lead a passionate landscape crew. Perform various gardening and lawn maintenance duties and install outdoor enhancements to residential and commercial spaces. 

 

• Plan and organize daily tasks
• Ensure quality control
• Train, develop and coach teammates
• Enforce safe work practices
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks (plant and bed maintenance, pruning, lawn care, etc)
• Assist landscape installation crews 

Qualifications

• 2 years experience (required)
• Industry Certification (beneficial)
• First Aid Certificate (preferred)
• Results driven
• Client focused
• Attention to detail, organized
• Punctual, dependable, ethical
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License (class 3 beneficial)
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Physically fit (standing, walking, bending, lifting)

Compensation

• Competitive wage ($16.00 - $21.00 hourly) based on relevant skills, experience and credentials
