Job Summary
-Hands on working foreman
-Practical knowledge of landscape construction
-Able to read blue prints / drawings
-Execute site layout and set grades at the start of each project
-Manage the execution of construction projects and planning day to day labor requirement
-Delegate tasks to appropriate crew members & assist in the completion of landscape constructions
-Complete and submit all required paperwork on a daily basis, including daily time cards, site photos
-Manage a 3 - 4 person crew
Responsibilities and Duties
-Site preparation, layout, set grades
-Install precast pavers, flagstone and pool coping
-Install precast and natural stone wall systems for retaining walls, seat walls, garden walls, and stone pillars
-Ensure that all crew members comply with company policies and regulation
-Ensure that all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
-Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization on job site as well as assigned trucks, equipment, shop and yard areas
Qualifications and Skills
-3 yrs. minimum experience
-Ability to operate various tools, machinery and equipment, including: heavy equipment, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.
-Valid driver’s license
