We are looking for qualified candidates to fill the roll of
Grounds Maintenance Crew Member
You will be part of a team of Hardworking and Friendly team working towards 100% customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe work environment. You will use your skills, ability to work within various environmental and weather conditions and safe work habits to complete daily tasks in a timely and efficient manner. As the ideal candidate, you are friendly, helpful and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working outdoors and are not afraid of physical labour.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Grounds Maintenance and Service Tasks
Safely operating a variety equipment to maintain the highest standards while operating company vehicles safely and efficiently.
Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
Able to work 45+ Hours a week (Mon - Fri) *Occasional Saturdays as required due to peak seasonal workloads or as a result of weather delays during (M-F) operations.
Sound working knowledge of Grounds Maintenance practices and equipment usage.
Desire to produce a high standard of workmanship and must have an attention to detail.
Able to work in a team environment to complete the common goal.
Self-motivated with a good work ethic.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
Positive attitude and ability to work respectfully with coworkers and customers.
Available to start work at 7:00 am.
Routinely punctual and dependable
Work Conditions:
Fast-paced environment.
Some manual labour required.
A variety of daily tasks.
Able to work in various weather conditions.
