Actual Landscaping is looking for an experienced site supervisor to deliver another successful project. We are looking for a career minded individual who would like to grow with our team in a positive environment.

Key Requirements:

• A positive attitude and willingness to encourage co-workers
• Excellent communications skills
• Minimum of 5 years experience in landscaping or general construction
• Experience in supervising construction projects
• The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary
• Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, and construction documents
• Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards
• Able to work on all site conditions

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct field staff for day to day site duties
• Work closely with customers and management team
• Assist and direct installation of materials such as paving stones, block walls, planting and sod.
• Deliver project on budget with highest degree of quality control
• Plan, order and stage project materials by means of on-site take offs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $26.00 to $35.00 /hour
