Field Operations Foreman
Bioroof Systems is a green roof design and supply company with a head office located in Burlington, ON. Our business is rapidly growing and we are supplying projects all across North America. Key Responsibilities:
- coordinating and overseeing our modular tray assembly & field growing operations
- liaising with our service manager to ensure proper shipment of materials
Knowledge and Skills:
- ability to supervise people effectively
- strong organizational skills are a MUST
- excellent time and task management
- ability to work in a team setting but also self-manage
- eagerness to learn new skills and take on unfamiliar tasks
Qualifications and Requirements:
- a knowledge of basic growing operations
- ability to operate various machinery such as forklifts or loaders
- a valid G license with a clean abstract
- experience in a supervisory role
Duration: SEASONAL - April to November
Salary: Dependent on skills and experience in similar role
