Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a landscape foreman or comparable experience and must be able to show work of experience
Must have a good working knowledge of landscape construction, materials and techniques including: natural stone, pre cast stone, retaining walls, grading, sodding, planting, etc.
Must be able to meet physical demands of the job
Manage a crew of 2-3 people effectively and efficiently
Valid drivers license
Speak proper english
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, heavy equipment and materials
Working Conditions:
Work outdoors in various conditions including the heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Handling heavy loads, ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Attention to detail
Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
