Landscape Foreman Position

Jameson Pool and Spa is a fast-paced work environment that requires skilled people on our team.

We are looking for a Landscape Foreman to provide excellent customer service for our constantly growing business. We offer competitive hourly rates between $25 to $35 (based on experience) and greater work week hours and benefits. Fully equipped with quality trucks and equipment in mint condition.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years landscape construction experience.

- Minimum 1-year landscape construction experience for Foreman position
- Self-Motivated, Hard Working
- Looking to Partake in Innovative Production
- Leadership Skills, Works Well with Others
- Pays Attention to Detail, Takes Responsibility
- Understands Blueprints/Construction Drawings
- Experienced in Operating Skid Steers, Wheel carriers and or Excavators
- Valid G License with Clean Driving Abstract

- Installation of interlocking patios, walkways and steps

- Retaining walls

- Pool coping

- Good communication skills both written and verbal

-Must have steel toe boots.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 to $35.00 /hour

Work Conditions:

• Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, heavy equipment, and materials
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stamina is required
• Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
• Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
• Flexible working hours including some weekend work
