We are currently looking for a hard-working landscape construction foremen

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 to 5 years landscape construction experience
• Experience with installing hardscapes, including retaining walls, pavers, stone patios, and water features
• Ale to handle all aspects of job installation
• Able to read and understand construction drawings
• Be self-motivated with good time management skills and the desire to put forth and execute new ideas
• Experience operating mini-excavators and skid steers
• The ability to work as a team
• Able to lead a crew and delegate duties
• Communicate progress to management
• Attention to detail
• Ensure everyone on site is practicing good health and safety
• Able to train crew
• Good relationship skills for customers and crew members
• Able to log job activity and collect receipts to pass on to management
• A flexible schedule and be able to work Monday – Friday, plus Saturdays during peak season
• Desire to grow with the company
• A valid drivers' license with clean driver’s abstract is preferred
• Transportation to our office in south Etobicoke for 7:30 every morning is required
