As a growing company, we are currently looking for a positive and dependable Crew Leader with integrity. Excellent problem solving abilities, understanding of job requirements and ensuring that the job is done properly are essential qualities. Thorough knowledge of Southern Ontario plant, shrub and tree varieties and standard horticultural practices (i.e. planting, pruning, fertilizing and when to do so) is also required. If you have effective communication skills (both verbal and written), are able to mentor, instruct and train junior/intermediate staff, we would like to meet you.
Preference will be given to those certified by LO.
