We are looking for a crew leader that must be able to efficiently work with & direct a crew of 2-3 people. They will be responsible for installing a variety of landscapes with an emphasis on hardscape projects. Included but not limited to; interacting with clients and co-workers, project layout, operating equipment, problem solving, coordination of some materials and completing daily paperwork. Previous experience is required. We offer above average wages and we reward productive employees, a benefit package, on the job and classroom training and certfication. Monday to Friday work with no Saturday or Sunday work. We have new and well maintained equipment and tools. This will be a fulfilling working environment creating beautiful outdoor landscapes in the Midwestern Ontario Region working mostly in the K-W, Cambridge, Stratford and surrounding regions.
