Location: Our office is located in Calgary, AB, however, the positions will be based at either of our two tree farms located just outside of Langdon and Strathmore areas.
Education: Not applicable, not required.
Credentials: (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable, not required.
Experience: No experience required, although experience an asset.
Language: English
Type of Equipment: Garden tractor, tree cutting machine or equipment, irrigation pumps and equipment.
Type of Products: Fruit trees, Christmas trees, ornamental trees, shrubs and hedges.
Specific Skills: Assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants, dig up & wrapping root balls of trees and shrubs, water plants and trees.
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, gloves.
Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding requiring walking, bending, crouching, kneeling and standing for long periods of time, working long hours.
Work Site Environment: Outdoors
