Wholesale Nursery Customer service/Sales associate
reporting to Sales Manager and General Manager
Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Providing exceptional customer service, including feilding phone inquiries and creating invoices,refunds,credits,prepare quotes for customers and account holders and suggesting substitutes based on product availability.
process sales orders, including coordinating pick up and deliveries with customers and communicating this to sales Manager and shipping dept.
assist walk in customers and process transactions using computer POS program and cash register.
qualifying candidates should have an interest in the nursery/horticulture industry
customer service experience
knowledge of horticulture and landscape supplies (an asset but not required)
proficient communication skills both oral and written
good organizational skills and ability to multi task
ability to work in a fast paced and team oriented enviroment
compensation will be determined on experience
Valid G licence is required as there is no public transit available
