Employment Location – Burlington, Ontario
Responsibilities shall include:
- Review of drawings and specification.
- Provide detailed quantity take-offs for large scale projects.
- Assist in tender closings
- Prepare cost of materials and sub-contractor quotes
- Assist in project coordination and close-out
- Represent ALC at construction site meetings
Required Skills/equipment
- Understand and analyze construction drawings and details
- Training/background in site construction and landscape Construction
- Knowledge of computers with strong proficiency in
- Excel - Word - Jonas - AutoCAD & Planswift
- The ability to work as a team member as well as on your own.
- Must have your own transportation
- Must be willing to purchase proper safety footwear
