Our Story:
We are a residential garden maintenance and plantscaping company. We utilize and choose organic gardening techniques and methods as often as applicable in our ever changing landscape. Our planting projects and maintenance contracts involve very detailed planting and maintenance techniques. Our passion takes us to high-end residential properties in the neighborhoods in the Beaches, Rosedale, and downtown Toronto. *

Our shop is located in North York, and is accessible by TTC near the Yonge-Sheppard bus/subway station.
What we’re looking for:
Looking for a gardener with a strong work ethic , organized in their work and enjoys the outdoor weather. During the remainder of the season season (now to mid-December), the right candidate will show attention to detail and use care towards the quality of their work. Under the supervision of experts in the field, plant installations will be installed and maintained for our clients. This opportunity also provides an off-season for professional development and travel.
An understanding that gardening hours are erratic and seasonal, is also essential
Requirement to lift and move large, heavy objects for plant installations. Must be able to lift up to and including 45 lbs. approximately 10 times per day.
Preference given to candidates who have:
Previous experience in garden maintenance or planting company, understanding effeciencies and organization of the job.
Formal or informal education or training in gardening/Horticulture.
Small machine experience, planting experience with seasonal bedding plants and landscape plantings, and/or seasonal container arrangement creation experience.
What we offer:
Our Pay scale is based on experience and performance. Our competitive base wages start at $16.50/hour for entry level positions, while seasoned experience is recognized and rewarded (18-22).

Details:
Full G license with clean drivers abstract is required. The successful candidate must be comfortable driving commercial vehicles.
